Dear Customer Service Staff at MatchMade, It has recently been brought to my attention that there is a profile on your website that describes me perfectly, and uses one of my most common nicknames "Stufassa". I don't remember starting this profile and if I did start it, I don't remember the email address associated with it. On the evening of March 20, 2012, my girlfriend (we have been together for three years, and lived together for over two) came to me with her phone in her hand. On it was the profile of "Stufassa". It describes me perfectly, and even uses the kinds of words that I would use. I don't remember starting this profile. If I did, it was so long ago that I've not thought about it in years. Naturally, my girlfriend was furious. She is now convinced that I've been cheating on her, and it's quite clear that she plans to leave me over this. Please, please, I need your help. Can someone please provide me with the date of when this account was created and the date it was last visited? If this was my profile, the first and last dates the profile was used will clear my name of any cheating. I know you cant disclose much information, but if I dont get some sort of lead on this, I won't have any way of defending my character. The only thing worse than knowing she wants to leave me over this is knowing she's convinced I've broken her heart. I want to make it clear that I'm not threatening anyone or wishing to do anyone any harm; I only want to prove my loyalty.
