The NAV CANADA Training Institute and Conference Centre (NCTI) is a self-contained facility on 70 acres along the picturesque St. Lawrence Seaway (Cornwall, Ontario) providing a technically advanced adult learning environment in over 50,000 square feet of meeting space, 560 guest rooms in a variety of styles, exceptional dining and complete recreational facilities. It is also Canada's Air Traffic Control (ATC) training school.
NCTI has earned international recognition providing ATC training
to over 25 client countries, graduating more than 25,000
students since its opening in 1978.
An excellent ATC training curriculum, which includes technical,
maintenance and meteorological education, is complemented by
English language training in aviation terminology. NCTI offers
an innovative learning environment, with real-time interactive
radar and tower simulators in addition to computer networking labs.
NAV CANADA, the country's provider of civil air navigation services, is a not-for-profit, private corporation with operations coast to coast providing air traffic control, flight information,weather briefings, airport advisory services and electronic aids to navigation.
