Success Stories: NEXT completed the largest clean-up in BC at the
former Fullerton Lumber site at the foot of Fell
Avenue in North Vancouver. It had long been
considered "impossible to remediate" and has now
been developed into the North Shore Auto Mall.
Another property that sat contaminated for many
years is the former Versatile Shipyards also in
North Vancouver. This will be developed into a
large commercial/residential complex with
development permits expected to be issued around
the end of 2003.
