It took them 10 days to return my call after 5 messages. It has been 17 days (since june 24) and I still don't have air conditioning.

The name "No Fear" instills fear that the job was not done properly and is still not done. Poor communication with the customers, sloppy work and will be calling the better business bureau soon to report them and warn others against this rip off company that only cares about the installation and the money they will forfeit from it and then no consideration to complete the job to code!!!!!

I had a ductless heatpump installed at my home. The service was outstanding. The work was above and beyond what was expected: they figured out a way of having perfect air distribution on all floors so we could shut off our electric baseboards completely. Everything was up to code and aesthetic. The price was really reasonable. Thank you No Fear...

OEG hired this company to install a gas furnace for friends of mine. It took several initial appointments for them to show up. When they did show up the work that was done was improper. It took more appts to get the work completed. When it was completed it was past the date for the OEG grants and had to pay largely out of pocket. My friends just had a local company come in & there were 3 gas leaks. This could have been very dangerous as they had oil heating before. Never would recommend this company and OEG has been less than helpful while dealing with such incompetent people. No wonder the OEG program will not continue.
