seeking industry partners for commercial exploitation. Research
is ongoing on value-added products form processing waste of other
marine renewable resources, including seals: results to date are
promising, and the potential for commercialization is being
explored. Other marine-based products such as proteins, lipids,
enzymes etc. as ingredients for food and pharmaceutical use are
being actively investigated.
PA Pure Additions also offers consulting services to the Food
Industry and Government organizations.
