<b>About Panoptika</b>
Now in its 10th year, Panoptika was founded by Megann and Steve Willson to help their clients get a better handle on what their customers were thinking, and why. Panoptika means €œseeing everything€?, because we believe that no research project is an island€”and that better recommendations grow out of starting with a rich context. We use this concept to make sure clients are using all the tools at their disposal to optimize their offerings.
What sets us apart is the dedication we have to improving our clients€™ ability to succeed in their chosen market. By using advanced techniques in our Qualitative projects we get past the obvious and into the richness beyond. Our respondents frequently comment on the positive aspects of their time spent with us. At the end of the day the results will reflect the positive experience.

We start by listening to you, the client. As surprising as that might seem, we start with no preconceived notions regarding what you currently know, what your current market situation is, or where you want to go with your business. In other words, we don€™t sell you a solution just because it€™s what we do!
By listening to you talk about your business, your vision and your frustrations; and probing for clarity and completeness, we can give you carefully considered suggestions as to how we believe Panoptika can help you move forward.

Panoptika seeks to facilitate you understanding your market and your customers. We do this in any number of ways: Qualitative Market Research – Focus groups or individual interviews with individuals we both agree are important to your market.
Customer User Group Facilitation – We apply our Moderating and Facilitating skills to help you get more out of your routine customer interactions.
Quantitative Market Research – Surveys to develop statistical understanding of your market, and develop data to help you track or forecast your market.
Consulting – Everything that doesn€™t fall into the prior categories. Reports based on primary and secondary information, advising you in areas where we have experience and you don€™t, working with you on a temporary basis to help you meet deadlines.
Training – Helping your internal staff understand the role of customer understanding in their day-to-day operation.
Whatever we do, we do it in the light of €œSeeing Everything€?, not working in a project vacuum.
