RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT
¨ Funding Assistance Services to enable companies to secure
Federal and Provincial tax credit eligibility for research and
development expenditures, under Revenue Canada€™s Scientific
Research and Experimental Development (SR - ED) tax credit
program. Services offered with respect to the SR - ED program
include: · assistance in the project planning process
· identification of eligible SR - ED projects
· documentation of eligible project activities and relevant
financial data in preparation for a formal submission to Revenue
Canada.
· determination of an appropriate application strategy to ensure
that all of the program requirements (technical and financial)
have been considered
· coordination of financial statement and income tax return
preparation
· preparation of SR - ED claim to Revenue Canada

predictive models and drawing relevant conclusions from the

to management of strategy implementation for a variety of
corporate clients
¨ Management of Business Start-ups, including strategy
development, market identification, business plan formulation,
coordination of applications, information and reporting process
of various Provincial and Federal government assistance
programs, commercialization and critical path implementation
¨ Operations Management including process selection, facility
planning, operations scheduling, materials planning, materials
management and quality control
MARKETING STRATEGY
¨ Market Analysis involving the identification and extent of
market opportunities both national and international in scope;
in the past, these studies have incorporated both secondary and
primary research activities and ranged from preliminary
marketing assessments to full blown, statistically valid market
surveys.
¨ Marketing Strategy and Planning assignments including product
portfolio planning, target market segmentation, product life
cycle and marketing tactics incorporating all the basic elements
of a comprehensive plan

· special one-time financial and feasibility studies
· operations management, including efficiency and effectiveness
of processes, quality control, inventory control and management
· taxation planning, dividend/salary mix, tax shelters, capital
gains exemptions, employee benefits, pensions and review of
termination options.
ECONOMIC ANALYSIS
¨ Background Industry Research, including surveys, interviews
and secondary sources to assess commercial business feasibility
¨ Economic Trend Analysis, of relevant local, regional, national
and international economic trends in a wide variety of
industries to assess commercial business feasibility
¨ Economic Model Development, for financial valuation
assignments for various specific valuation purposes; utilizing
capitalization, present value, marginal analysis, economic life,
annuity and other economic concepts with computer systems that
incorporate the ability to conduct sensitivity analysis of the
major independent variables
