What I have come to learn about parissa is that they are very customer service oriented. if you call their lab, a person answers the phone - not an automated phone service. AND they listen to you. I called because i wasn't happy with the results i got and a professional esthetician spent about 20 minutes teaching me about waxing technique, which product was best for me and why the one i had chosen didn't. THEN she sent me a free replacement, saying that their products are guaranteed and that she wanted me to remain a happy customer. I was impressed. So i did a little researcg on their company. Turns out they are a Canadian, womaen-owned company and they totally stand behind their eco-manufacturing principles. All in all, i get the feeling that this is a company you can trust.
