This organization is a complete disaster. A husband and wife team who lack the skills to lead a horse to water. They are complete control freaks and use intimidation to operate internally; especially the wife. the business model is sound but the company cannot compete effectively within the market because they cannot operate within the GMP guidelines set out by Health Canada. The company is under tight scrutiny from Health Canada and risk losing operational licenses. Save yourself the drive to Idlerton and do not accept any employment offers from Greg Shewfelt. A company of 8, including husband and wife with the absolute highest employee turn over rate for any canadian company. Stay away
