The company specialized in R - D, test, evaluation and training system for electronic warfare and communication, command and control (C3). He was involved in the purchase negotiation, due diligence process, management of the assets transfer and moving of the work in progress along with company start-up. As interim CEO during the critical start-up phase he was instrumental in developing sales in Europe, China, Taiwan, and Brazil.
During his career Mr. Alain Jegen held several positions. He served as Managing director of a subsidiary in Indonesia in the Offshore Oil Industry (Marine Engineering Services and Field/Operations logistics support) and was project director in the Middle East (UAE) for Perrodo Offshore, a Group based in Singapore.
