Once we receive your window order, an installer will schedule an on site pre-installation conference to inspect your installation application, re-measure and answer any of your installation questions. This will be your installer, not a salesperson.
After a satisfactory pre-installation conference, your custom made order is placed.
The windows are generally installed within 3 to 6 weeks from the date of this conference.
The actual installation should be completed within a day or two depending on the size of your order.
Our installations are warranted by the manufacturer for one full year.
