Be very cautious if you choose to work with QueChip and Heather Anderson. We made a purchase back in Oct 2012 for a product that they were not able to provide (after taking payment for it). It is now July 2014 and we have still yet to receive our refund. It has been nearly 2 years of every excuse imaginable as to why QueChip/Heather Anderson is not able to provide us with our refund (bank and cheque issues, incorrect addresses, bad internet, etc, etc). They even went as far as providing us with a cheque at the beginning of May that was posted dated for May 31, 2014. Upon depositing the cheque it bounced and we have now incurred additional banking fees. The communication regarding this situation has been limited on the part of QueChip - they typically do not respond (unless you are pretending to be interested in a new product to purchase...). DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I am very happy that I can voice my oppinion here because legal action against this company is not an option. I did business via the internet and I am in Ontario and Quechip is in Quebec. Just a warning to all folks that do business on line with companies in Quebec.....BEWARE... they (QC) do not have a Better Business Bureau and the legal action option does not cover Internet Transactions. Of course fraudulate type companies can now take this information and move to Quebec...oh yeh...don't worry, I will never business with any company in Quebec without proven track record
