procurement for international construction projects, while
maintaining a high emphasis on engineering services, such as

and for the overseas client. For the Canadian exporter, we can

market evaluation, contract negotiation, administration, and
delivery to the customer. For the overseas customer, we can use
our network of supplier contacts to source the materials and
equipment required suiting their specifications, delivered to the
job site. Understanding of construction schedules and
coordination with the client to meet requirements are vital
aspects we handle very well.
Our specialty is putting together large package bids of various
materials and delivering in charter vessels to overseas locations.
We carry out this service for contractors, developers and
government agencies.
As procurement consultants, R.A. Murray International can provide
assistance in managing procurement requirements, either on a
project by project basis, or an ongoing basis. This includes
advice on procedures, preparation of documents, administration of
tender calls and contract awards, as well as monitoring of
delivery, final inspections, and warranty periods.
Our consulting services extend to market development and
promotion, project evaluation, project financing, design and
construction management. We can assemble a project team
utilizing specialized engineering firms to implement requirements
for a variety of projects from irrigation, water and sewage, to
hydropower developments and environmental studies. R.A. Murray
International offers E.P.C.M. services to its clients.
