Corporate: RFNOW Inc. was established in 2000 to serve the needs of Andrew Agencies Ltd. and Custom Software Solutions Inc. The company was commercialized in late 2000 and started serving other customers with Internet access services and voice and data communications.

The Moston House Ltd. group of companies has a professional management group with multiple competencies and over 100 employees. The group€™s employment reach not only spans the nation but is international in scope with employees from as far away as Sweden and the Philippines.
Andrew Agencies Ltd. is a 4th generation insurance brokerage operating in 12 communities including Virden, Russell, St. Lazare, Miniota, Elkhorn, and Ste. Rose du Lac in Manitoba and Moosomin, Maryfield, Rocanville, Carlyle, Lampman and Weyburn in Saskatchewan.
Custom Software Solutions Inc. has developed and provided industry-leading software solutions since 1991 for the property and casualty insurance industry with over 400 broker and company clients coast to coast in Canada and growing.
Andrew Management Ltd. and Moston House Ltd. each separately own and operate various commercial and agricultural properties in Manitoba and Saskatchewan.
Air Andrew Ltd. is an air operator providing aircraft for business travel services for the operating companies.

RFNOW Inc. Company History
• The company was founded in 2000 by the principals of Andrew Agencies Ltd. as a result of the need for high-speed data connectivity for its offices in southwestern Manitoba and southeastern Saskatchewan.
• In 2001, the company commissioned its 5.8 GHz, 8 Mbps full-duplex wireless wide area network connecting Virden, Moosomin, and Carlyle.
• In early 2002, the company commissioned extensions to its wide area network to include the communities of Elkhorn, Reston, and Oak Lake pursuant to a Strategic Alliance Agreement providing high-speed Internet connectivity to the Fort la Bosse School Division.
• In 2003, the company completed a 10 Mbps full duplex microwave link from Virden to Brandon. This link is later upgraded to 50 and then 100 Mbps full duplex.
• The network was expanded to serve wireless clients in the Brandon/Kemnay, Assiniboine River Valley, and Lenore areas in 2005.
• In 2006, the company extended its network to provide services to the Four Seasons Island Resort area at Oak Lake Beach and Sinclair and Cromer areas.
• RFNOW upgraded its client bandwidth in 2008 by shifting to next generation wireless radios, providing faster, better service to its clients.
• In 2008 the backbone was upgraded 10 to 50 and 100 Mbps where required
• In 2009, RFNOW extended its network to the Rocanville and Souris areas
• In 2009 RFNOW commenced work on it a fibre optic overlay to connect all of its distribution sites, this will be ongoing.
• In 2010, RFNOW expanded into Tantallon and Bellegarde in southeastern Saskatchewan.
• In 2010 continuation of is fibre optic network initiative was expanded to include fibre connectivity to all the schools in the Fort la Bosse School Division
• 2010 also saw the initial construction for fibre to the home/business/farm (FTTx).
RFNOW Today
Today, RFNOW has over 1200 high-speed Internet subscribers across southwestern Manitoba and southeastern Saskatchewan. These subscribers include residential, commercial, industrial, and public sector accounts.
RFNOW employs 15 full and part-time personnel year round, including installers, network technicians, network architects, heavy construction equipment operators and administration and management. Additional seasonal staff is added based on new construction demand.
