Royal Roads University is designed to meet the changing needs of
lifelong learners in the global economy. Our graduate programs
have been developed to provide opportunities for mid-career
learners who do not want to give up their jobs or other
commitments while earning a degree. Learners attend short
(three
to five week) residencies on campus each year, interwoven with
periods of coursework delivered though the internet.

Learning, Environment and Management, and Conflict Analysis and
Management, as well as bachelor's completion degrees in

accessible offerings.
