I recently had such a bad experience at the SENA shoe store on St-Denis that I am NEVER going back there. The manager treated me like I was the most stupid person ever when I returned sandals I had bought 2 minutes ago that were defect. He insulted me and did not want to refund me on my debit card. He made me wait forever before telling he could send me a check in the mail in 2 weeks as long as I gave him back the shoes. He did not want to write me a note confirming any of that. I had to trust him even though he was rude to me and lots of other clients in the store. He smoked inside the store and made rude comments about ladies walking in. His name was Juan apparently. Since then I am telling everybody I know to not go there and they all agree with the bad service. Never seen that in my life and I had been working in retail for over 10 years.
