unfortunately we had alluminum doors installed. The owner, director, never provided us with a legitimate bill of sale defining bill number and req tax numbers. Work was done and completely paid for August 2010. We had to fight tooth and nails to get an invoice in order to declare it in our tax claims. We finally obtained a bill, November 7 2011. When they installed the doors they inverted the two tenants door bells, so when one tenant had company the door bell rang at both tenants apartement. When I went to claim the receipt I inquired on when they would come rectify this situation. The owner, got extremely aggressive started shouting at me, while I maintained my calm....he got so violent I called the authorities. He did shout out that we should contract an electrician and have the repairs done by an independant electrician , that he was not going to repair his work, and to send him the bill he would pay for the repairs. This was done, and when we called him to get reimbursed for this repair....he said...'YOU CALLED THE ELECTRICIAN, HE REPAIRED IT NOW PAY THE BILL' and rudely hung up. Unfortunately I will be filing legal procedings to get reimbursed....but I think it is best people inquire on the attitude the owner displays once he s been paid in full .. it was a 3000$ job.
