I lived here 1 year. Worst decision ever. I had to pain my own apt because the walls were stained and scratched, do my own pluming (urgent repairs) and never had any feedback from anyone at Stanford Property. Overall I urge consumers to not rent any apartments from them. lived at 5275 Chemin de la Cote St-Luc

Horrible. I actually like the apartment itself, but Frank Li, owner of Stanford Property Group, has neglected this building immensely. When I email him / SPG for repairs, it's rare that they even bother to respond. Some repairs have been serious regarding things that are in no way up to code, but SPG has only bothered to do something in a few cases, and even then, it took a looong time and a lot of effort on my part. For the record, I've never withheld rent nor paid late! I'm quiet and take care of the apartment...much more than they do.

This landlord is s***, it was my first time renting an appartment and my ceiling fell it took them two months to finally repair it because i withheld my rent. They come in without permission and while no one is home and they are racist. They told my roomate no one wanted her in their appartment because she was black. Completely disrespectful and only want to be compensated but don't want to put in the actual work. God, i hate them with a passion, i think all their buildings should be closed. They are not fit for living, that's for sure.

The landlord is a real a**hole, he wont do nothing to fix your defeated equipment in your apartment and he always threaten you when you have any problem with him. To be blacklisted this stanford property and its boss Frank Li. Another thing, he is really really racist...

I rented his Apartment years ago, very very bad experience, I have tens of witness they have same feeling. shame on this landlord!
