(2001 €œTechnology in Government€? Medal in the €œUnique Achievement€? category.)
•Managed Aliant€™s proposal team, negotiated and implemented a $6.5 million Agreement for the provision of TMR and Wireless data services for the City of Fredericton.
•Directed the re-negotiation of the e911 emergency reporting system agreement with the Province of Nova Scotia, annual revenues of $1.5 million.
•Proposed, negotiated and implemented a TMR service Halifax Regional Police. Value $1.0m+.
•Launched a province-wide commercial TMR service increasing 2001 annual revenue by over $0.5m.
•Primed successful (on time and budget) participation in the $3 million project Initiation Phase of the joint Province of Nova Scotia and MTT IWAN (Integrated Wide Area Network) Project. The Initiation Phase established the business, technology and economic development strategy for the Project.
•Project Director and lead negotiator for the successful TMR bid, $100 + million over 10 years.
