Staynor Response Services Ltd. was originally formed in 1992 to assist the oil industry in achieving and maintaining a higher level of emergency response preparedness.
Since that time, we have helped companies in a wide range of industries and various government agencies improve their ability to deal quickly, safely, and effectively with major emergency incidents and crisis situations.
Staynor Response Services Ltd. have extensive experience in training and exercising Government and Industry Crisis - Incident Response Management Teams. This experience has led us to believe that by itself, understanding a Management Process is not sufficient to equip Response Management Teams in meeting the requirements of effectively dealing with an incident.
To be fully effective, both individual responders and the teams themselves need to understand their individual preferences and the concepts of team development in order to work in stressful situations. To this end, in addition to our unique ICS based Response Management System, all of our Crisis and Incident Response Management courses provide training in team dynamics, individual preference, and crisis communications
