Mandate is to offer the Client business development opportunities in developing economies by providing engineering based, project focused, concept to completion sales and marketing management services for identified projects. Assistance is provided in the development of the business plan by means of specific targets for revenue generation to be achieved in 2/3 and 5 years. Included in the business plan will be the objectives, target marketing, sales strategy and financial plan. Responsibilities include negotiating mutually beneficial strategic alliances and joint venture agreements for the Client. Other services include: Determining financing and investment initiatives for the Client, and provide advice in guiding business strategy, marketing and investor relations.
• Overseeing negotiations on behalf of the Client with key business partners.
• Providing leadership role overseeing accounting, legal, regulatory affairs, facilities and operations for the
• Client, and in this capacity manage relationships with a number of outside professional firms, including auditors and external legal counsel.
• Negotiating and structuring financing and managing relationships with major investors.
• Responsible for introduction of new technologies needed to support and enhance the Client.

• Provide consulting in account development, strategic planning, market/product segmentation and analysis, product development, implementation and execution.
• Develop and execute international€™s strategic distribution partnerships and international sales-representation alliances. In addition to managing a number of ongoing partner relationships for the Client.

List of Achievements: October 2008 (current/ 5 Days a month): Developing specific beta-projects with Process Research Ortech (www.processortech.com). Mandate includes developing specific beta/ pilot projects by assisting Canadian institutions with pre-commercial testing by providing facilities (physical space) for developing small scale pilot €œincubation€? testing plants and a low volume product manufacturing facility. This €œpilot model€? will assist companies to identify manufacturing variations, develop efficient process parameters and help determine the viability of a pre-commercial business model. Focus is on Canadian industries and universities that are utilizing agricultural waste or any other bio-waste material to manufacture building, automotive and packaging products that will confirm to Canadian Standards Association (CSA) standards. Partners include: University of Windsor, University of Guelph, University of Toronto and the Bio-Auto Council.
April 2009 to Current: Develop a business plan with identified commercial partner (s) for technology incubation, pilot plant and commercial opportunities presently under development within the Faculty of Engineering, University of Windsor (www.uwindsor.ca). This will include identifying sources of Government and private funding. Also develop a CIDA/ World Bank/ AUCC/ ACCC funded strategy for the University of Windsor incorporating and expanding upon the MOU signed with Bengal Engineering and Science University (BESU) Bengal, India in the area of engineering technology transfer (Automotive Center of Excellence). This will include St. Clair College (vocational trades) as a likely business partner.
August 2003 to Current: Developing and executing a Joint Venture with premier Canadian companies and a Top 20 private sector company in Pakistan TCS (www.tcs.com.pk). Mandate includes implementing in Pakistan and UAE, solutions that offer the transformation of a courier company into a web based service provider for an installed customer base 17,000 local businesses in UAE and Pakistan. Canadian business partners and technology providers include, Canada Post and Canadian Telecommunications Consulting (Bell Canada International, Bell Mobility and Northern Alberta Institute of Technology-NAIT).
February 2008 to October 2008: Senior Business Development Consultant to Maxtech Manufacturing, Tier 2 automotive supplier (www.maxtech-mfg.com). Mandate includes providing assistance in terms of addressing new markets for carbon and stainless steel precision machined parts to the oil sands, forestry and mining sectors. Responsibilities also includes working with the Bio-Auto Council (Ontario) and the Government of Ontario in identifying and developing €œgreen€? automotive products for future release to the OEM€™s (i.e. Ford, Chrysler and GM). Written and submitted funding applications to the Innovation Demonstration Fund (IDF); Next Generation Jobs Fund (NGJF); Advanced Manufacturing Investment Strategy Fund (AMIS) and the Ontario Centers of Excellence (OCE).
