TechnoLogix Decision Sciences Inc. Specializes in the design,
development and implementation of decision support and
optimization systems primarily in the operations management and
logistics/transportation fields.
Our main area of expertise is the development and implementation
of supply chain management and logistics network optimization
systems. These systems are helping major North American
corporations identify cost-effective ways of getting the right
product to the right place at the right time, given a host of
operational and business constraints. Their powerful "What If"
capabilities enable decision makers to analyze and solve complex
logistical and operational problems such as : Should we add a new
warehouse ? If so, where ? What should we produce by plant and
process ? When ? What is the optimal shipping pattern ? Do we
need to build inventories ? If so, what, when, where and how much
TechnoLogix has been developing applications for major North
American corporations since the early 1990's. A ‘typical' client
would be either an organization with multiple plants, warehouses,
products and markets, or an organization wrestling with complex
planning issues not addressed by standard systems. Our systems
are being used in a variety of industries, such as chemical
manufacturing and transportation, fertilizers, consumer goods,
confectionary, cement and transportation.
Our firm wishes to expand its export activities. Currently, 50%
of revenues are generated from projects in the US. Our plan is to
establish contacts and initiate business activities in
Central/South America (our systems can be fully implemented and
documented in Spanish), Europe and, potentially, the Asia Pacific
market.
In terms of our marketing strategy, there are two practical ways
of accomplishing this objective : Direct contacts with foreign
corporations interested in our product offerings or joint
ventures with foreign consulting and/or software organizations.

Testimonial: "Our relationship with TechnoLogix is now 3 years running and we continue to rely on their logistics and technology expertise in supporting our Transportation Network Analysis Program. The TechnoLogix group continues to provide US Cold with the highest caliber of support...their reliability and dependability is second to none.
Perhaps TechnoLogix greatest advantage has been their ability to customize their software technology to pattern US Cold's operational methods providing a logistics network modelling capability that produces "real-world" results.€?
