I livened in a basment suite 129b ave, and there was leaks in the kitchen, and bathroom. She would never come and fix it. Before my lease was up she went into my suite and took my spear keys. While I was talking on the phone with her. And I said that I really hope she was not in my suite considering it was 9 at night. The guy upstairs was growing pot and she blamed me for that. She is so rude and mean and so evil. I feel sorry for the next person who's going to be renting from her. She will be nice then when you give her the money she will be your worst enemy.

I just moved from one of her rentals which has just been condemned. She is a horrible person and a slum lord.

i do not like renting from this company, they are very unprofessional, there jobs are incomplete, there notices are not legal, and she will keep your damage deposit. so if you would like a trustworthy company i recommend that you go somewhere different. this is not someone you would be able to enjoy renting off of.
