R - D staff and line of products.

accomplished by putting emphasis on R - D, diversification,
creating new markets, modernization and hiring highly technical
staff. Textile Rubber - Chemical strives to continuously create
new products and new niche markets and provide its customers
with tailor made specialty chemical compounds not found in a
commodity marketplace.
The company's Technical Staff is widely experienced and
possesses excellent credentials. The Sales and Technical Service
Department is headed by a manager who has been with the company for almost 30 years and is a Chemical Technologist. The V.P. - General Manager is actively involved in the company's large
accounts. He has a M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering and our Ontario
Distributor who has a B.Sc. in Chemistry and an MBA. The
Technical department includes a senior researcher who has a
Chemical Engineering Degree and a Ph.D. in Chemistry. Additional support is derived from the Plant Manager and Director of Engineering who is a Chemical Engineer.
The Company is in the process of establishing manufacturing
facilities and distributorships in Southeast Asia and the Middle
East.
