Overall some of the WORST customer service ever. Some of the customer service staff are very nice and competent, however the majority have no idea what they are doing, are completely disinterested in the job or resolving any possible conflicts and just really lack the basic knowledge needed to do their job. They seem to guess half of the time so often ask for unesessary steps to be taken or just completely fail to mention an important one. The supervisors all seem to know what they are doing, but none of that knowledge has made it's way down to the people who actually deal with the 'customers.'

Tricura is an awful company. My loans are due, and while I am eager to pay them back, I cannot afford to pay them at the rate they want. So I applied for repayment assistance. Following that, they asked for proof of income. I sent them in my information, but during the weeks that it took me to get my information together, they phoned me almost every day for a month. Each time they told the exact same thing: proof of income was needed by X date. When everything was collected and submitted, I didn't hear at all from them until the date that my application "expired". They told me that one of the pieces of info I gave them wasn't good enough. I asked the woman on the phone why hadn't they told me this, as I had been practically harassed by them for the last month. She became very defensive saying that 'they just received the info last week'. Well, obviously, but why had nobody mentioned it in the THREE phone calls I'd received since then?! Tricura Canada treats its "customers" like criminals, as though my account were in arrears, which it is not! They should be ashamed of their poor business policies and apparent lack of communication; furthermore, it seems that there are many stories similar to mine out there. If you are dealing with them - good luck.
