We are a Canadian owned, full service electrical and utility company, serving Western Canada. Our head office is located in Brooks, Alberta.
President Carl Fortin formed United Utility Services Ltd. in February 1998. A journeyman power lineman with 28 years experience, he joined forces with Lloyd Burt, a journeyman electrician with 25 years experience. Together, they created a company with the ability and expertise to handle a wide range of services including, but not limited to, - repair, replacement, supply and installation of components in, on, and around your property.
Our prompt, reliable 24 hour service provides clients with peace of mind. United Utility Services has many years of experience with design built projects throughout Western Canada.
Electrical: What we do: Installation of industrial, commercial, residential wiring. Troubleshooting all systems, including motor controls, heating/cooling devices, irrigation pivots and more. We have had successful projects with Boychuk Builders, XPS Construction, Clark Builders, Armour Building Systems, Lear Construction and Strongco to name but a few.
Utility - We are approved contractors for Fortis, Telus, Shaw, Battle River REA, Atco Gas and Atco Electric.
Underground Utility- installation of underground power, gas, communications and street lighting. Trenching is available with chain trenchers and backhoes.
Overhead Utility – installation of power line construction, storm restoration and maintenance.
We stand behind our work and provide a warranty for a period of 12 months.
