VAP Global Industries Inc. imports an array of sizes and colours of vinyl extrusions. All extrusions are acquired through the ZhongWang group, which is the largest PVC profile production enterprise in China, yielding 400,000 tons per year. Through the use of German and Austrian production technologies, the products are high quality PVC profiles fit to meet the customers€™ demands. The extrusions are manufactured using our two-hundred-and-sixty-two vinyl production lines, which equate to assets of $40 million US
VAP Global Industries Inc. imports an array of sizes and colours of aluminum extrusions. The extrusions are acquired through the ZhongWang group, which is the largest aluminum profile production enterprise in China, yielding 500,000 tons per year, including 200,000 industrial profiles. Through the use of German and Austrian production technologies, the products are high quality aluminum profiles, sheets and pipe profiles fit to meet the customers€™ demands.
The extrusions are manufactured using our sixty-six aluminum extrusion lines, which equate to assets of $60 million US. We adapt to supply custom section types, lengths and colours to fit our customers€™ needs.
VAP Global Industries Inc., as a part of the ZhongWang Group, is honored to be a member of many associations and societies and is proud of its certifications, the most notable being its AAMA and ISO certifications.
VAP Global Industries Inc. imports woven products from the ZhongWang plastic woven bags factory, the largest PP and PE woven bag manufacturer in Asia. Able to produce over 1 billion bags per year, VAP Global Industries Inc. projects integrating these sacks into the agricultural and industrial market in Canada in a continuance to their products present use worldwide. These products have great strength, quality and variability, and they are visually stimulating through the addition of graphics and text. VAP Global Industries Inc. has acquired ISO certifications in quality system and products quality for ZhongWang brand cement packaging sacks, and in quality management system and environment management system for ZhongWang brand plastic woven bags.
