I have been contacting this company and Karen Bond, specifically to order some labels since January 5th, 2012. After tracking her down several times as she wasn't replying to my emails/voicemails, or our store managers, I was finally told our order would be placed on January 13th. On the 16th (monday) I contacted Viascan to give our company credit card information and was told there was no invoice/total/order as yet and would get a call back with one shortly. I emailed both Crystal Romeo and karen bond many times between January 17th and January 24th and also left both contacts several voicemails pleading for a reply as we were out of labels and were in desperate need to have them to operate our store. Today, January 25th, I called and asked reception to put me through to her directly. Once on the line, I was told by Karen that they are very busy, no apologies, and that complaining and yelling would not get me my labels any faster. I did not raise my voice once and was very polite the entire time, regardless that I should've been yelling, I was not, but was certainly complaining, who wouldn't? Regardless that my complaints were ignored and I was spoken to like a disobedient child. Who treats people like this? All I wanted to do was place an order for some labels and give Viascan about a thousand dollars worth of business and continued repeat business. I will order my labels from anywhere and pay double if I need to, to avoid dealing with Viascan.
