W. Robertson - Assoc. Markets and manages a proprietary
technology that can decontaminate PCB transformers at a
substantial saving over conventional methods. Of particular
interest to owners of PCB transformers that are inaccessable
using conventional methods we remove the contaminated core/coil
and fluid for destruction leaving the container and all
electrical connections in place. The container is then cleaned,
a new core/coil is installed and the transformer is returned to
service complete with a new transformer guarantee and guaranteed
to be declared non PCB by environment Canada.
In addition to the advantage of lower installation cost the
client will enjoy the significantly lower operating cost of a
non flamable liquid filled transformer compared with a dry type
transformer.
