I'm amazed this company is still operational. The owner is completely incompetent and emotionally unstable. Hypocritical, vindictive, spiteful, and miserly are words that I would use to describe him. George should be used as a case study for what not to do in management and positions of power.

George has untreated bipolar disorder I am sure of it. He is moody and distrustful and prone it fits of rage. Working for him was the very worst experience of my professional life.

The owner of this company, George Choboter, is very unprofessional and I'm sad to say seems to be unstable emotionally. The concept of the Willow Creek business is good, but his disrespectful attitude toward his employees is heartbreaking. He is very emotional and takes his frustrations out on his staff. This is further compounded by his unrealistic expectations, as he believes that exponential increases in sales should take a matter of days, not months. Sadly the business will ultimately fail because of the owner's involvement. Dozens of staff have left, only to be replaced to new employees who can't take it any more and leave themselves only a few weeks later. The turnover of this company is over 100% annually. He fancies himself a man of integrity and a person who 'gets things done' but it's quite the opposite. Most of his key responsibilities don't get done as he gets preoccupied with what everyone else is doing, and spends his energy getting angry with employees who he doesn't feel are working as hard as they can. Have never heard of anything like this before. Disrespectful, rude, poor leadership and undisciplined management style epitomize George Choboter.
