System will provide engineering staff the ability to manage facilities and prioritize maintenance based on calculated risks and consequences of pipeline failure; GIS User Need Study for Canadian Federal Agency; GPS surveys and GIS consulting for Natural Resources Canada on various projects throughout Canada.
