Dictatorial Owner of company is arrogant, untrustworthy and a bully. Company registered in offshore 'low Tax' country (Singapore), making legal redress difficult. Owner breaks written promises. Underpays contractors, Treats contractors as expendable. Corporate productivity systems inaccurate and unable to be successfully challenged or resolved through dialogue. Software provided and database continually causes issues. Payment takes too long - must go through 3 layers of management and finally owner who treats the issues totally unprofessionally. Makes arbitrary rulings with threat of "see you in court" Inaccuracies in lower level basic calculations. Painstaking attempts to reveal and resolve issues are ignored. Long delays in response 'oh he is really busy'. Only positive thing to say is the immediate Manager was very intelligent, understanding and hardworking, and therefore totally wasted at the company. Run from this company - the owner is a real piece of work.
