My basement is an 850 sq ft space.This guy came and Quote my Basement for $32000 and finish it in 4 to 5 weeks. Gave advance advance $10000 and started to work. He work alone for 8 weeks and completed only framing. I keep on giving him every week $5000 and when he got $23000 in 8 weeks and he came and told me that he wrongly quoted me the quote and he requires $15000 more(i.e totally $48000) to finish my basement. He ask me more money to continue work. While I am not home he take all the equipment's, materials and vanish. He cheated me the money as well the trust which I had with him.
