Al Goyal’s ethics is questionable. Ask yourself why he was forced to leave S&W? Why no other company hired him after his sudden exit from S&W? He cannot be trusted. Do not get burned by him.

From experience, Al Goyal is not an effective manager. He does not have the people skills to lead a company. A majority of the people who have worked under him will tell you that he cannot be trusted.
