To Whom It May Concern It is with great pleasure that I recommend Angelo Nibizi. I have known Angelo for 3 year in the context of being one of the people he has invited to the communit BBQ. With his bachelor’s degree in Community Development, Angelo has been invaluable in welcoming new comers in the communit, providing reception duties, admitting and discharging clients and generating daily and monthly reports and directing clients to regional services. In particular we have all enjoyed his great motivation and originality that he demonstrated at his work and especially in preparing final reports on the project and make recommendations for the next quarter. Angelo has a zest for life and has a variety of skills including but not limited to his exceptional oral and written communication. He can relate to people in many ways and on many levels, and has made a great social worker for the East African Communit in Canada. In fact, Angelo’s people skills have saved the day for all of us on more than one occasion. Over the time that I have known him he has consistently performed his duties with originality and with great judgement. In fact he is a great communicator and has the skills and personality needed to be a leader. Angelo has always understood the old axiom that ‘’United we stand but Divided we fall ‘’and has made teamwork with others task number one for his department I have confidence that Angelo will thrive in any job, any school as he is intelligent, committed, motivated and an inquisitive individual.
