Our company was in the process of looking for an updated phone system when a friend recommended Telix as an alternative VoIP telco provider. Being skeptical at first about VoIP and its reliability I decided to talk to Telix. Not only has the system proven to be reliable but extremely cost effective. Our ROI was 8.5 months and our monthly phone costs are down almost 60 percent. We have been on the Telix system for 16 months and I am no longer skeptical. I would recommend VoIP for any business looking for a new phone system.

All work was performed on or ahead of schedule in a professional manner. The transition from our current phone system to the Telix system was seemless.

Mr Galla has absolutely no business sense. We have tried on numerous occasions to get help from him with our telephones and help has never been there. As well as the install he always had an excuse as to why the work was never done.
