This man is a fraud, asks for alot of money upfront to do the job, his not qualified to do most home renovations, his just a welder. Please DONOT HIRE HIM he will destroy your house. NEVER HIRE BERNARD as a contractor. You will live to regret. Please be warned this man pretends to know what his doing but he doesnot know a thing. His just a fraud running a scam on unsuspecting clients inorder to steal their money. DONT HIRE THIS MAN, DONT HIRE BERNARD, DONT HIRE BERNARD. Please DO NOT make the mistake of HIRING BERNARD.
