Wow! There is not much more I can add to the previous posts. This is quite scary to know that others have the same negative view of Bibi as I do. Clearly my opinion is not isolated.

A former AMF employee
Bibi is lacking in basic integrity. She will willfully lie to the staff and use other people in her lie as she does not want to come across as the "bad" one. She wants everyone to like her, so she appears bubbly and that she cares, but that is all an act to appease her own insecurity. Her method of reacting to confident staff who confront her with blatant actions of wrong-doings is to hide in her office and keep her distance from the staff. But that is not all that hard as she only works "part-time" as a "director". As Bibi is married to the man who created the business, she has nothing of substance to bring to the table, so she attempts to control the staff with childish e-mails and even worse, will have other senior staff send out an e-mail that she drafted, again, as she does not want to be the bad person. She is sneaky and a liar and only cares about money and the staff are blatantly reminded that they are only employed to make money for AMF. Personal lives of the staff are non-existent to AMF, and the staff are constantly reminded of this horrible attitude.

Bibi has no formal education or training nor does she have any professionalism. This is her husband's company and he gave her the title. Her actual responsibilities are not that of a "Director", especially when she comes in at 11am only a few days a week. She is simply the wife who needs to feel important, hence her glorified "title".
