I have been dealing with Bob for the past year and a half. His product and after-sales service is excellent! We did have one issue with a defective controller, which he not only replaced for free, he gave us one additional controller free of charge. I would highly recommend Bob and Across Dorf for all your pendant control and radio Control (Material Handling Industry) needs.
