Previous comment sounds like sour grapes. Sometimes, you just don't get the promotion. Has little to do with the person who did - more to do with why you didn't. This person is professional and qualified and and an asset to the company.

Concerned citizen
If there was an image of a sleazy politician this guys image would be right beside it, he has a forked tongue only tells you what you want to hear and back stabs you the second he gets, If you want a yes man this guys is your man, If you want a productive member of your team look elsewhere. Yes I am a fellow co-worker and he will do anything to get himself ahead. I know from personal experience.
