He's a slimeball of the highest order. The most hated person on Salt Spring Island. Doesn't pay his contractors, just sues them till they give up trying to get paid. Sues his neighbours to get their land for cheap. Sues anyone who disagrees with him. He doesn't care if he wins or loses, he's got enough money he can sue you into the ground until your bankrupt with legal fees. Don't do business with him if you want to stay in business.

I've had extensive experience with Mr. Milne, and while some parts of it at the time felt productive, the overall result was a disaster. Brian is a self obsessed business man, with no moral compass, like most business people. Do business with him, knowing that he will follow his own interests, regardless of what he's said, or written. If he thinks you don't have the resources to sue him successfully, be prepared for him to disregard any promise he's made, in writing, or verbally, if that suits him.

Brian Milne's Nemesis
Brian is an ultra-wealthy, litigious, vindictive, old man. Think Mr. Burns from the Simpsons, but nastier, and that sums up his "character." I look forward to paying him a personal, full bladder, final tribute when he finally leaves this planet.

So now he is busy clear cutting large areas of land causing unsightly ruin on a beautiful island - what a terrible human being ( and I use that term lightly )
