This man is a talking person, prones his ideas, his price and either does not finish the work, or if he does not as you wish and when you wish so. Is now working on his own since de company he was dealing with is no longer valid. Don't kinow if he is working now on or under the table... Don't give much money before the work is terminated to your satisfaction...
