I would like to speak for myself unlike whoever spoke for me on previous posts. The previous post by Brett (who is actually myself) stated a lot of "facts" that are very untrue. I did work along side Don at a few projects with Haztech. In my time there I seen a very responsible and extremely dedicated person that did whatever was needed for the company we were cotracted by. Don has never stabbed me in the back or treated me unfairly. An honest mistake put my name on the document as a manager and when it was caught it was removed promptly. It did not jeopardize my career in any way. I would appreciate that whoever posted as Brett previously would delete the post. If you have an issue with Don or his services please use Your own name and story.

I worked with Don on the Vale project for Haztech. He was incompetent to say the least and did his best to undermine everything that anyone else accomplished in his absence. I had created site specific paperwork and had organized everything in an efficient manner, he returned to site and took credit for everything, then told our employer that I was having a sexual relationship with the geologist! Needless to say my husband was really upset, as was the geologists wife, and I was removed from site and cut to part time hours! After that project ended, Don destroyed any chance of Haztech regaining the Vale contract for the next round of exploration rigs by spreading viscous lies and rumours about Haztech sending inexperienced or unlicensed medics to site. This was a complete and outright lie. I have contacts with AMEC in Rocanville and Hatch in Esterhazy and learned that he spread lies about Haztech to them, causing both to release Haztech from their contracts. In closing, Don Miller-Tait is a pathological liar who has no reservation about destroying a company or a person's good name in order to further his own agenda. Anyone that does business with him is taking a great chance that he will leave them hanging and it is a guarantee that he will lie, cheat and steal from you until you fire him. You've been warned!

Don is a jackass! He was always scrambling to try to fix things that resulted from his short sightedness. The only thing he did well was convince new hires (like me) that we had no choice but to work 24/7 for weeks on end! I found out after that labour board has laws against this and now he owes me $46,000 in overtime!

I worked with Don on a project for a bit when he was secretly setting up Prairie West. He is always friendly to your face, but will always stab you in the back and had a serious hate on for our boss and did everything possible to destroy the contract. From disregarding PPE rules and refusing to wear a uniform, to leaving the ambulance unplugged so that it failed to start, to stealing equipment from our employer to stock his own kit. When left to his own devices, he can easily get into trouble. This he showed by including my name in his employee manual, which he then published to the internet and of course, my boss saw it and almost fired me! Don cannot be trusted. Avoid!
