Although initial appearances may be open and pleasing, they hide a selfish, insecure and deceiving man. He loves to create silos and break-up teams (within the same organization!) to achieve his own goals. He scores low on the ethics department as he is also known to ignore/hide/downplay critical contractual requirements which in the end may place the organization in serious financial or legal constraints. If you work on his team, you’ll be sure to have a nickname and be (negatively) talked about behind your back. This is in part due to his God-like complex. Overall he is an excellent communicator with very poor management and people skills. To offset this imbalance, he loves playing strategic games with his peers and employees in order to achieve self interests. He is a master at The Art of War in Business, or the Machiavellian art of deception. For sure you’ll learn a few things from him if interested in such techniques.
