George, is an egotistical bully, he is verbally abusive to his employees. He says he has integrity, but has shown little regard for his employees rights nor municipal laws. He is vengeful, vindictive, and a very angry person. He conducts his business with a very paranoid perspective. He has a fantastic business that would do very well if he were not involved. Its too bad he is driving his own business to pot. In 2013 for a small business of typically 5-7 people he has gone through 35 employees. He is a very in-congruent person, saying one thing one day and complete opposite the following day. I would swear he is bi-polar. He has no right managing people nor running a business. But, anyone can own and operate a business. Even someone that is Mentally unstable. Would never recommend anyone work or do business with him.... im not exaggerating.

There is a reason this guy cannot keep employees at Willow Creek. He operates in a completely unethical manner and cares nothing about his employees. He is unstable and paranoid in the extreme. Please do not work for or give your business to this man. Ever.

Worked alongside this dude for a project. Thinks with his ego and his emotions run his business. Will be very, very surprised if his company doesn't fold as a result of his instability and inability to make effective decisions and efficient use of project timelines. Unfortunate, because the basis of his company is a relatively good idea. Would not recommend him as a client.
