I have dealt with this person and his company for the past 4 years, being a start up company there were many hurdles to overcome, especially financial. However the products offered are extremely important, such as the personal safety locator named Xavier 2.0 for people suffering from a wide variety of mental and physical disabilities. I hope this company makes it BIG. It is well deserved.

as a ender I have see no sign that George pays his debts. As a consultant, I have brought Mr Raad over $600K for whish work he has paid no fees to either me or his accountant who works with me. If you lend George money, kiss it good-bye. same for labour.

Very honest and will help a client understand the product. I understand Harbour is currently a small company, but for the CEO to take time with a individual client is quite impressive. I would recommend this company without hesitation.
