Granville Cadogan is not to be trusted! He takes clients money and puts into his trust account and uses your money for his own purposes and never lets you know as he will never get you any statements. Don’t use him for any real estate matters as he doesn’t work for his clients interests, it’s all about money with him. Please stay far away. I wish I had! It’s been a nightmare for me and my family working with him! Lost so much money and a lot more because of his actions. Take it from me as a previous client look the other way when you see him no wait actually RUN! Stay from away for him trust me.
