After getting the initial contract, Mr. Katz did absolutely nothing to get results for my problems and complaints. In addition, he repeatedly lied, saying he would come around to my store to sort things out. He never did that, and eventually he just stopped responding to my emails. I had no choice but to cancel my account with Americard and I would encourage everyone I know to do the same!
