Unhappy Client
Ines is difficult to deal with, she has a bad temper and needs to learn how to speak calmly to her clients. She has a bad attitude towards others and gives off an arrogant vibe. She would be much better at her job and would sell a lot more product if she were a nicer person and less money-hungry. I will not buy any more products from Thumper if I have to deal with Ines or Michael, the two rudest people I've ever had to deal with during the extent of my business.
