Not a reputable company. Not reputable staff. Steve Brikman a former salesperson at Global Energy Group and Evgene Tsatskin, the former owner of Ameron Oil and Gas before both were shut down by the OSC.

The activities of these companies are questionable as David Langer, a Toronto paralegal had stated on Twitter at considerable length. Also refer to Grapes of Wrath. Proceed with extreme caution.
